The ProActive Ombuds Team assists senior leaders in cultivating an equitable, respectful, and inclusive organizational environment and culture. Where appropriate, we provide feedback on case trends and patterns, pinpointing systemic weaknesses and offering recommendations for enhanced problem prevention – all while safeguarding individuals’ confidentiality. Furthermore, we offer services such as case reviews and audits of systems, processes, policies, and procedures. We are even available to assist in developing an internal Ombuds program tailored to your organization’s needs.
Leaders do not operate in isolation. Leadership development often involves enhancing alignment just as much as building competencies. Alignment encompasses cognitive, behavioral, and relational synchronization between the leader, their team, and the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. It also involves the leader’s alignment with their own supervisor, all while fostering essential leadership skills.
Our ProActive Structured Coaching program comprises 12 tailored coaching sessions, each dedicated to exploring and implementing a distinct principle or methodology. Crucially, these sessions commence only after thorough collaboration between the coach, the leader, and the leader’s supervisor to craft a Coaching Plan – a roadmap outlining the intended objectives, actions, and metrics.
This plan serves as the blueprint for the 12 coaching sessions and serves as the basis for continual evaluation and adjustment.
