It’s About Trust.
Your clients trust you to recommend the best course of action to take in order to reduce their compliance risks.
Trust our Training and Consulting solutions to meet your clients’ compliance needs and continue to build their trust in you.
As their trusted legal advisor on compliance requirements, your clients rely on you to help them identify and navigate the complex and constantly changing environment related to internal and external compliance requirements.
They look to you to help review and improve their organizational policy and procedures, reduce their exposure when it comes to behavioural compliance risks, and help address potential risks. But who do you turn to when you need to refer your client to experts in conflict resolution or workplace violence prevention?
Our services assist your clients in dealing with complex, highly volatile situations, providing practical solutions to specific incidents and issues such as workplace conflict, lack of psychological safety, or even the risk of violence.
Sometimes your clients look to you to help build a better future state, where behaviours and relationships align with vision, mission, and values. But you know that another training session whose biggest takeaway is, “these are the rules; follow the rules!” likely won’t move the dial in terms of alignment.
Instead of focusing on policy and procedures, our Respectful Workplace workshops provide a dynamic framework on how to establish a Respectful Work environment, what the key elements of a Respectful Workplace are and how to engage co-workers, peers, subordinates and management in constructive and productive discussion.
We can also help your clients prevent and respond to potential and actual workplace violence, by equipping your people with a simple framework for assessing and responding to escalating risk. Our Situational Assessment and Response workshops help employees identify and make knowledgeable decisions on how to deal with potentially harmful behaviours that may impact their own or psychological and physical well-being, as well as that of others around them.
Examples of harmful behaviours may include the need to identify and address workplace bullying, harassment, or in more extreme cases, the need to escape violence. Support for when there is a potential Risk of Violence.
Many employers have done excellent work preparing managers and employees to keep themselves safe during inherently dangerous events such as fires, earthquakes, and even physical attacks.
Unfortunately, many of those same organizations are not well equipped to respond effectively when people raise concerns that an individual might be at risk of committing an act of workplace violence in the near future. They do not have any framework, systems, tools or resources for receiving relevant information in a specific case, for making sense of that information, or for making consistent, defensible decisions about the steps, if any, they need to take in order to keep people safe.
ProActive ReSolution can help. Our Triage or Risk of Violence can help employers know if further support or interventions are recommended. Following a Triage for Risk of Violence, ProActive can also help the employer implement recommendations.
