ProActive ReSolutions is pleased to present a 3-Day Workshop on the newest version of the world’s leading violence risk assessment instrument, the HCR-20V3, and the only structured professional judgment instrument for assessing medium to longer range risk for violence among youth, the SAVRY. The Workshop is taking place 18-20 November 2015 in Sydney, Australia

The HCR-20V3 and SAVRY are guidelines for comprehensive violence risk assessment and management developed according to the structured professional judgment (SPJ) model that are used in correctional, forensic psychiatric, civil psychiatric, and school settings.

The HCR-20V3 was developed to assist violence risk assessment and management with adults. Version 3 of the HCR-20 builds upon the success of Versions 1 and 2, which have been translated into 20 languages and adopted or evaluated in more than 35 countries. Subjected to clinical beta testing and empirical evaluation, Version 3 promises to be even more clinically useful than its predecessors. See the HCR-20 website for more information about Version 3:

The SAVRY was developed to assist in violence risk assessment and management with adolescents. It is used widely around the world, with ongoing studies in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Spain, and the United States.
