The survey is easy to complete. All you need to do is read questions and check responses. You can use the usual buttons to navigate back and forth between screens.
At the end of the survey, you will receive a tailored recommendation – a prescription based on your assessment of your organization’s current functioning. You have the option of printing the feedback form, saving a copy, or requesting receipt of a copy by e-mail.
