ProActive's Threat Assessment Services focus explicitly on determining the nature and level of risk in cases where a potential threat to the safety and well-being of employees has been identified by the employer, and on responding effectively to relevant risk factors with appropriate management strategies. Threat Assessment Services include:

• Collecting relevant information (either from the employer, or directly from relevant witnesses)
• Identifying critical gaps in information
• Compiling information using standardized risk assessment tools
• Analyzing information to identify relevant risk factors
• Assessing the nature and level of risk
• Identifying appropriate management strategies

Clients have the option of receiving a written report with respect to the conclusions reached by ProActive ReSolutions.

Once the nature and extent of the risks of violence have been determined, and appropriate management strategies identified through completion of the Threat Assessment process, ProActive ReSolutions is pleased to provide separate Threat Management Services as required.
